"you", “your”, "user", “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

Your use of the website and/or purchase from us are governed by following Terms and Conditions:

• We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time
  

Cancellation & Refund Policy:​

• No cancellations & Refunds are entertained

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

• ​For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through ​registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 8-14 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Saanvi Creation is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8-14 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Customisation Policy:

• We love creating unique pieces for you! To discuss custom macramé designs, please reach out to us within 10 days of placing your order.

Bulk Orders Policy:

•  We're happy to accommodate bulk orders! However, processing times will vary depending on the quantity. Please contact us for a quote and an estimated timeline.

Changes to Orders Policy:​

• We understand you might change your mind! If you need to modify your order's color or design, please let us know within 1-2 days of placing it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes after this time frame.

Color Choices & Availability Policy:

• We strive to offer a wide variety of colors for your macramé pieces. However, occasionally a specific color may be unavailable.
• In such cases, we'll do our best to find a happy medium! We'll contact you with alternative color options that complement your design.
• If a suitable alternative is found and you'd like to proceed, we'll happily update your order.
• If none of the alternatives work for you, we'll be happy to issue a full refund for the color portion of your order. (Please note that this refund policy applies only to color choices, not design changes.)
• We recommend contacting us within 1-2 days of placing your order to discuss any color availability concerns to ensure a smooth and delightful experience.

Color Accuracy Policy:

• We strive to present product colors as accurately as possible.  However, please note that variations may occur due to differences in individual computer monitor settings and displays. Additionally, dark colors may appear lighter in direct sunlight.

Content Ownership:

• The content displayed on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials (the "Content") is the property of [Saanvi Creation] or its licencors and is protected by copyright laws.

Governing Law:

• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Important Notes:

1. ​We are not responsible for damage caused during shipment.
2. ​Delivery times may fluctuate depending on the number of orders we're processing. 
3. ​Color variations and slight material differences may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. We cannot guarantee exact color matches or guarantee colorfastness after washing.
4. ​Large wall hangings cannot be modified after the order is placed due to the complexity of the design.
5. No tax is included in the product price.
